Could it be that without a Claimant, there fails to be a controversy for the so-called court to settle?

Could an on point question be more of an answer than any claim?

Could it be that no claim can be “proven”?

Could it be that paying with dollars would require “proving” to own them first?
Could these be (some of) the most powerful questions for staying on point:

“Is someone claiming the name I allegedly use is involved in a controversy?” “Is someone claiming that is me?” “Is someone claiming I am the defendant, a citizen, an occupant etc?” “Is someone claiming I own that, or anything for that matter?”

“Who told you that, or did you come up with it?”

“Did you come up with that, or who’s said to be claiming it?” (and if someone else, when can I speak with them? ie “Did you come up with “failure to appear” or who’s said to define what that is and when can I speak with them?” “Who’s putting up surety for the claim ‘failure to appear’, you or The Claimant?”

“What do you mean by that?” (most useful, I believe, for “legalese”. Offer opportunity for it to be explicitly claimed that The Claimant is doing something, that something will be done for The Claimant, by authority of The Claimant etc) What do you mean marijuana? What do you mean weapon? What do you mean license, registration etc? Did you come up with calling it that, or who says it’s called that?

“Are you putting up surety for the matter?” “Are you accepting liability for the matter?” (I believe it’s useful in response to many things, such as “I’m putting in a plea of not guilty for you”)
